End-game, is Is this endgame scenario winnable for white?

[title "White to move"]
[fen "8/8/4kr1Q/1p2pp2/1P1n4/p3K3/P7/8 w - - 0 1"]

LookingI’m looking at this current position, and I think I'm going to lose, as I have limited mobility with both my king and queen, but. But a friend suggestssuggested otherwise, saying that I should put more focus on destabilizing the pawns up front, and therefore I have a high probability of winning otherwise.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
