Reti opening with bishop aiming kingside
I have no experience with this kind of setup, however I would question your approach to the opening phase. Having a fixed plan like "aiming the bishops kingside" seems a bit simplistic to me. … Also general opening principals (like occupying the center, gaining space, developing pieces...) should not be forgotten.
The position after 6. Be2, seems fine to me. …

Why grandmasters play giuoco pianissimo less often than the ruy lopez?
PS: Magnus Carlsen just won against Karjakin in the WC match in an anti-Berlin (not because of the opening though) and did not achieve much in the Italian. …

Openings that Black has success with statistically?
You don't really want to play an opening that gives statistical success, i.e. averaged over all kind of players. … What you want is an opening that you are comfortable with,
that matches your style of play
that does not require more work than you are willing to devote learning it
that leaves you with positions where …

Starting with the Sodium Attack
As you can see from this, what you have here is not really an opening and therefore it is impossible to give you any specific strategic ideas without knowing your plan/setup for the center. … All we can recommend are general opening principles in this case: fight for the center, develop pieces...
I agree with anybody else that 1. Na3 is not a good move. …

Why is f4 considered as bad in the opening?
If you want a system opening with f4, why don't you play the King's Indian Attack, where "f4" is often ok whatever black does? …

Exchange in the Scotch Four Knights
I think you got it basically right. White gets the bishop pair which in an open position like this, is a real advantage. Also black currently does not have any good squares for his pieces. Lastly, it …

What chess openings require less study?
This will allow you to learn an opening together with its typical plans (and not just learning moves by heart.) … You have not developed a style yet, so would not be sure which opening suites you best.
What should you be doing now?
Focus on tactics, i.e. solve tactics puzzles. …

What is the main aim and object of the kings pawn opening?
If we are talking about the kings pawn opening, i.e. any opening that starts with 1. e4, there is little to say besides:
white aims to occupy the center with a pawn on e4
white makes space for the development … Really I'd struggle to call a single move like 1. e4 an "opening". …

Knight's opening move
To answer your question:
Experience has shown that it is a good idea in the opening phase of the game to:
develop minor pieces (bishop/knight) quickly
and to occupy the centre (squares e4, d4, e5, d5 …

Playing Ba4 in this position
The difference is that after Bxc6 you win a pawn with Nxe5. That's why the computer gives a +1 evaluation for it.
After Ba4 you end up with just an equal, normal position.
So it is rather the differ …

How should one respond to the Sodium attack?
Two-three moves like that hardly constitute an "opening". It could help if you told us what kind of set up white tries to achieve in the center (e.g. which of the central pawns are moved.) … If you have a favourite black opening against say d4 or e4 you might be able to follow it. …

What are some beginner to advanced openings or variations I could use?
Still, it is well worth to invest some time in learning some proper opening. … Also it is very important to not only learn the lines by heart, but also to understand the typical plans of the opening, which differ from opening to opening. …
