  • If arbiter really signed with your not his signature than he just did crime(forgery of documents) - he could have signed with his signature as proof that he confirms result and everything on scoresheet.
  • If arbiter really forged your signature - as first thing you can do - go with claim against the arbiter to tournament organizer, then federation that organizes tournament if necessary; depending on how serious are the matters police could be involved, but most probably you can solve it peacefully.
  • Obviously on parallel you still put claim on appeals committee desk.
