White is not winning at all. If white is to move, it is actually lost, and only if black is to move is it still equal, but not won. This is confirmed by tablebases.

I suspect that it is just a professional, and staged photo, but it could be the two simply agreeing to the draw, or white resigning (his clock is active based on the buttons).

White to move, loses the f6 pawn, and ultimately the game.

     [FEN "8/3k1p2/5P1p/3K3P/8/8/8/8 w - - 0 1"]

     1. Ke5 Kc6 2. Kf4 Kd5 3. Kf5 Kd6 4. Kf4 Ke6 5. Ke4 Kxf6 6. Kf4 Ke6 7. Ke4 f5+ 8. Kf4 Kf6 9. Kf3 Kg5 10. Kg3 Kxh5 11. Kf4 Kg6 $19

Now, black to move, and white holds.

     [FEN "8/3k1p2/5P1p/3K3P/8/8/8/8 b - - 0 1"]

     1... Kc7 {The only move to hold.} (1... Ke8 $4 2. Kc6 Kd8 3. Kd6 Ke8 4. Kc7 Kf8 5. Kd7 Kg8 6. Ke8 Kh7 7. Kxf7 Kh8 8. Kg6 Kg8 9. Kxh6 Kf7 10. Kg5 $18) 2. Kc5 {And the only move for white to hold.} (2. Ke5 $4 Kc6 3. Ke4 Kd6 4. Kf5 Kd5 5. Kf4 Ke6 {Winning as above.}) 2... Kd7 {Again, the only move.} 3. Kd5 {And again, the only move to save f6, so they must repeat, and draw.}
