Even though there are positions on the chess board with two knights checkmate by bringing the king in the corner, why it is not possible to checkmate the King?

Is it difficult to bring the opponent King in the corner with two knights and King?

Reasons in terms of logic, strategies have to be traced.

  • Can't tell what kind of answer you're looking for, but if you're not aware, two knights can force stalemate, so it's not "difficult" (depends on precise meaning of this word) to bring the opposing King into the corner. – Allure Aug 22 '20 at 11:47
  • What happened when you tried it? – Michael West Aug 22 '20 at 12:29
  • Thanks. There is no forced checkmate with two knights when i tried. – Prashant Akerkar Aug 22 '20 at 14:31
