It won't be terribly common, but it's not unheard of either. Here are a few examples involving well-known grandmasters:

    @JoshuaBenabou, in this particular case I got by just googling, without using any chess-specific tools to search. But Remco's general point is a good one; large sets of games can be found freely available, and then database programs such as SCID (free) or ChessBase have built-in functionality for searching/filtering within such collections. The most extensive tool I know for this sort of thing is the Chess Query Language -- as discussed in another thread here -- which allows for constructing complicated queries against a PGN game collection.

I know of two bizarre games in which neither player castles. They are both mentioned in the "Longest immobility" section of Tim Krabbe "Chess Records" page.

In this game, none of the four rooks moved whatsoever!
